ITIL-Based Service Delivery Specialist

We're seeking a talented ITSM Process Manager to join our team at Swift Software. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ITIL-based ITSM processes to support the company's growth and success.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of IT service management processes, ensuring they meet the company's needs and comply with industry best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive automation and improve efficiency, while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications- ITIL Foundation Certified: A strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
- ServiceNow Expertise: 6-10 years of experience in ITSM Process Management, including designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Process Optimization: Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation using ServiceNow tools.
- Operational and Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience in managing critical systems' operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
