Job Overview

Talent Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Japanese clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an interpreter during doctor consultations and health screenings for Japanese members, facilitating seamless communication and understanding.
  • Provide medical support, including handling hospital procedures and insurance claims, to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.
  • Assist with police reports, particularly in cases of car accidents involving Japanese customers, providing a crucial link between our clients and local authorities.
  • Handle documentation and data entry in both Japanese and English, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Offer general administrative and operational support for assigned tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our team.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other ad-hoc duties, providing a high level of customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Must have JLPT N2 or above, demonstrating a strong command of the Japanese language.
  • Graduates from Japanese universities are encouraged to apply, bringing valuable cultural insights and knowledge.
  • Fluency in Japanese, good command of English, and knowledge of Malay are essential for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Strong interest in Japanese culture, with a passion for adapting to and interacting with Japanese clients, is crucial for success in this role.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 24/7 standby on a rotational shift for urgent cases (overtime and travel allowance provided).
