About us
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the administrative team
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying and printing
- Offer excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Able to speak Mandarin and dialects will be an added advantage
