Enterprise Sales Development Manager

The Enterprise Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- To hit sales targets set by management, including monthly targets, EB partner recruitment, and sales campaigns.
- To conduct regular meetings with partners to discuss sales progress, identify challenges, and develop strategies to improve sales productivity.
- To provide timely updates to superiors on sales progress and activities status, as well as submit weekly sales forecasts and reports on time.
- To stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor movements, identifying opportunities to differentiate U Mobile's offerings.
About You:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field, with 5-8 years of sales experience in Enterprise Business (EB), dealer/trade agent channels, or SME account management.
- Strong drive to achieve sales goals, excellent hunting skills, and ability to develop and grow new business opportunities.
- Skilled in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, with a proven track record of sales success.
- A team player, effective communicator with good interpersonal skills, and strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
