At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient with payroll Infotech system.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall HR follow Company Policy and Procedures.
- Responsible recruitment activities and liaise with hiring managers to understand organizational needs.
- Prepare job offer letter and appointment letter and prepare relevant documents for new employee.
- Coordinate and monitor Training & Development programmes and employee engagement activities.
- To process payroll in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance to local legislation.
- Prepare and maintain monthly report for management.
- Create and update employees personal file, to verify the document of newly joined employees and input employees' detail in the system and notifying Payroll.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies regarding the monthly statutory submissions.
- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
- Reporting to management about personnel issues, including recruiting new staff and implementing new policies.
- And any Ad hoc tasks which are assigned by the Management.
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
