  • Ensure that payroll is processed accurately, in compliance and in a timely manner
  • Assist superior to develop, implement, and review operational policies, SOPs and processes
  • Handle preparation of all tax obligations, including employee income tax and relevant statutory contributions
  • Participate in and aid in payroll system development
  • Provide HR services
  • Stay uptodate with labor laws and regulations and educate the team on them
  • Manage ongoing client relationships
  • Respond to payroll inquiries in a professional manner
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant payroll experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR general payroll practices, procedures, operations, and legislation
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Good in Excel is a MUST
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English language
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

RM6, RM7,800.00 per month
