Join us in our joyous journey We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Administrator to be the heartbeat of our Ballet Academy.
Responsibilities:

Administrative Marvel: Juggle day-to-day tasks like a maestro - scheduling, correspondence, and keeping our records in tip-top shape.

Champion of Enrollment: Guide aspiring dancers and their families through our doors, sharing info, managing paperwork, and making their journey seamless.

Keeper of the Studio: Oversee the magical kingdom of our academy, ensuring it's tidy and welcoming for our talented performers.

Financial Whiz: Support the numbers game - invoicing, tracking payments, and keeping our financial world in harmony.

Communication Magician: Be the friendly face and voice, sharing our academy's joy, schedules, and updates with students, parents, and staff.
Requirements:
- A passion for the arts, particularly ballet, and a belief in the power of nurturing young talent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office administration or secretarial work
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in an educational or artsrelated setting.
- A knack for juggling multiple tasks while keeping a smile on your face.
- Stellar communication and people skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and AOne administrative software (optional)
