**Administration Works**:
- Petty Cash Control - Submission & clearance
- Banking monitoring - payment collection & allocation from clients
- Suppliers Payment preparation
- Monitor Dispatch / Courier out of Penang Office
- Monitor of office equipment/Telecommunications/Stationery
- Verification of Staff monthly claims, assignment & expenses
- Verification of Touch & go, petrol claims
- To support on issuance work order when Ops team is not around
**Car Rental Sales**:
- To handle customer service, retails enquiry and prepare quotation.
- Prepare car pro system - quotation & booking
- To assist on cold call customer and answer queries from customer/clients
- Prepare invoices and monitor payment/outstanding status
**Chauffeur & Tour Booking**:
- To handle customer enquiry & prepare quotation.
- To prepare operation works like book bus/van, guide, hotel & restaurants.
- Verify driver claim & expenses
- Billing to clients, collection & issuance official receipt
- Monitoring debtors outstanding status
**Requirements**:
- At least SPM level above or higher education
- Good in Microsoft office, words, excel, PowerPoint
- Fast learner and good team work
- Working location: Bayan Lepas Penang - Mayflower Car Rental
**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
