What will you do?

Leads the relationship with the account and be the voice of the customer internally, to deliver added value through category development, brand experience and a customer-centric approach in a sustainable and profitable way

You are expected to manage the following:

  • Responsible for the Key Account commercial O+O strategy with objective to maximize P&L management and sell out, in a sustainable profitable way
  • Lead and validate annual plan, JBP, growth, market share, P&L
  • Contribute to 3-year strategic plan (with Commercial Dir/CGO)
  • Mapping internal/external influencers in Customer relationship
  • Own Account P&L and allocate budget with inputs from key stakeholders
  • Lead negotiation with National Account buyers
  • Manage regular touchpoints at national level with Account
  • Synthesize Category view across brands with Retailer
  • Shape Account strategy with BU/Brand Lens
  • Lead and coordinate. Internally and with the Customer, the O+O Commercial plan into online activation plan from Account with BU/Brand lens in collaboration with CMO and BU
  • Responsible to improve trade spend-related activities between gross to net

Who are we looking for?

  • Has minimum of 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or related field
  • Has experience in managing key accounts O+O (preferred)
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, e-commerce platforms, project management tools, and data analytics software
