HR - Operation Manager (Shared Service)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Act as change agent for the APAC team, identifying improvement and standardization opportunities and driving change from within
- Drive process automation and digitalization projects to bring efficiency within existing processes, but also enhance the user experience of HR processes and products
- Support the creation of business case analysis for identified improvement opportunities
- Prepare widely independent proposals for decisions and solutions for harmonization, digitization and automation of processes and products for coordination with the decision-makers
- Be able to influence decisions / actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organization’s business processes
- Manage and drive the assigned global and regional projects and initiatives within time & budget achieving target scenarios and end products as specified in each Project Business Case and/or Project Initiation
- Ensure proper communication of projects status, roadmaps and risks/opportunities as well as changed project scopes and act as counterpart to HR Services
- Support business development efforts from proposal creation to implementation
- Support calculation of Business Partner charges and give reasons for charge developments
- Act as an internal consultant to projects from their initiation until their completion and advise, share experience and discuss topics with HRS APAC colleagues
- Managing the landscape of the ticketing tool and all its requirements regionally
- Support global surveys and regular / ad-hoc preparation of report and planning documents for HRS APAC
- Support HRS Management APAC in handling performance management, strategic initiatives and project related topics
- Provide insides into cost developments, link cost information to volume information; use data analytic methods and tools to provide insights into future cost developments
- Prepare and support local and global Business Review Meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Able to relate to cross-cultural processes and country sensitivities
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science / IT, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- 2-3 years of relevant business experience
- Knowledge of HR processes and Shared Service Center environments is preferable
- At least 2 years of experience of (IT-) project management experience
- Experience in driving digitalization and automation of projects is very beneficial
- Excellent IT skills desirable, e.g. workflow automation, systems design, information technology, case management
- Experience of data modelling for BI reporting and APIs is beneficial
- Experience with Agility, like SCRUM, Design Thinking etc. but also improvement methods, like First Choice / SixSigma is preferable
- Ability to raise questions or concerns, based on sound analysis, in a professional way
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Strong presentation skills and influencing skills in particular when working with senior management
- Sound knowledge on Change Management concept and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Experience from working in a larger international cooperation
- Ability to work in a global (dotted-line) and regional (solid-line) BPO setup
- Ability to work independently and drive controlling priorities forward without continuous involvement of supervisor
- Business user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Projects, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.), MS PowerBI is beneficial
