**Requirements**:
The role of HR Shared Services Manager is to ensure an effective back end operation is run with seamless coloration with employees, inter departments, external stakeholders and vendors. The HR Shared Services Manager has overall responsibility for the design and successful delivery of HR transactional processes, as well as leading the progression of the function and the broadening of the scope of services provided.
**Responsibilities**:
Beam HRSS Streams - Payroll / Global Mobility / HR Operations/Administration / HR Systems and Reporting
- Lead, develop and engage the HR Shared Services Team ensuring the highest standard of support are provided to employees and the Beam business
- Working toward centralising payroll functionality for the region into one system
- Continuous improvement on HR administration and process for Beam business
- Ensure all payroll for each country is processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HRIS/BIPO
- Ensure standard operating procedure is developed, approved and communicated
- Ensure team member is following procedures as outlined in the approved SOP for payroll processing
- Identify system errors and work closely with key internal/external key stakeholders to implement and fix
- Work closely with internal departments, Finance/IT to ensure alignment at all times
- Actively support Director, Human Resources from time to time
- Oversee the payroll process and ensure all statutory requirements are met
- Work within the Beam Global Mobility Framework. Facilitating through Vendor engagement to facilitate relocations, visa processes, payment arrangements for new employees and existing employees.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with employees at all levels of the organization and in representing the company with outside audiences.

- Continually see innovated approaches to problems and opportunities with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Solid business acumen and management experience with the ability to translate business needs into sound HR practices.
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills required to build and maintain proactive involvement with business leaders, peers, direct reports, and vendors.
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills
- Experience in handling of web-based management systems (HRIS)
- Well versed with financial planning and discipline
- Change management and adaptability
