[RN] Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality hand sanitizers and ultrasound gels.

**Jobs**
- Provide efficient day to day secretarial and administrative support to CEO
- Manage and maintain properties. Have to deal with the property agents, vendors and contractors
- Administrative and HR duties and support
- Schedule and arrange meeting, prepare letters, minutes of meeting, presentation material and follow up with necessary actions
- Responsible on payment settlement of CEO's bills and claims and office condition
- Vehicle fleet management including managing drivers and cars
- Handle private and confidential matters and and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates
- Handle multiple tasks, well organize, detailed-oriented and high commitment to meet deadlines
- Basic book keeping is required
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc administrative job assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or in relevant field
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Good time management, driven to get job done & proactive
- Good command in English written and verbal
- Confident interpersonal skills to communicate with all level of people
- Work independently with mínimal supervision
- Positive working attitude and responsible
- Organizational and planning
- Account knowledge
- At least 8 years working experience in related field
- Location: Co-working space at Naza Tower, Persiaran KLCC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
