Oversees daily support activities
- Ensures completion of all administrative tasks
- Compile and prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing for Marketing Manager.
- Identifies key areas of improvement and coordinates with Marketing Manager to plan administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols.
- Coordinate with internal staffs and external parties
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative management
