- Tertiary qualification (Post-Graduation) in Engineering.
- Proficiency in written and oral English
- Experience in guiding other team members and regionalco-ordination of activities will be an added advantage.
- Setting high standards and monitoring progress towards goals;tenaciously working to meet or exceed goals; defining success by goalachievement and continuous improvement.
- Using One's knowledge of economic, market and industry trends tounderstand and improve individual and/or organizational levers (systems,processes, departments, functions) that drive sustainable profitable growth.
- Capable of working in a multinational and multicultural team. AndRegional working experience is a strong asset.
**Your responsibilities**:
Theareas of responsibilities cover the following:
- Responsibleto profitably sell industrial steam turbines in Asia Pacific, securing supplycontracts within the existing LOA guidelines
- This includes development and managing of projects frompre-acquisition activities up to handover to the project execution team in theassigned territory.
- Contribute to increase the Siemens Energy market share in thisBusiness segment.
- International Sales role covering the complete ISP portfolio forthe assigned territory in the Asia Pacific Region.
- The Local/ Field Sales (New Org Code - Hub Sales) of therespective countries report to the Sales Manager for ISP projects
- Contribute & Co-ordinate ( from the region itself) astechnical expert to fulfill customer demands and reduce dependency on thefactories.
- Sales of Industrial Steam Turbines in the assigned territory in Asia Pacific by building long-termand trusted business
- Responsible for direct customer engagement, managing proposalworks and obtaining management approvals (LoA’s).
- Leading the discussions throughout the bidding phase includingclarifications, negotiations until contract closure
- Key Player and taking forward the ISP Growth Initiatives (FPSO,Extended scope, WtE, Replacement, SST 300 / 200 PD)
- Ensure that the Technical and Commercial proposals meet SEstandards for quality, completeness, and timeliness in response to clientinquiries.
- In-charge to build the project pipeline and develop the rollingforecast process for the responsible countries in due consultation with theLocal/ Field Sales (New Org Code - Hub Sales).
- Timely & accurately update the data in the Sales Force andensure all the processes (like LOA's approvals) are in place as per the definedguidelines.
- Responsible for creating the conceptual solutions, develop uniqueselling propositions & implement the sales strategies.
- Manage cross functional team to ensure project success (like CostOuts, Bench Marking, Vendor Development, Optimized solutions) within stipulatedtimes.
- Substitute and Support the Proposal community in case of Manpowerconstraints in order to fulfill the customers’ expectations and improvecustomer intimacy.
