**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve IT-related problems.
- Assist with setting up new equipment, installing software, and ensuring connectivity for users.
- Maintain IT systems through routine maintenance tasks, software updates, and security patches.
- Document support requests, solutions provided, and system configurations for future reference.
- Conduct training sessions or create user guides to enhance employee understanding of IT systems.

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
