Guest Service Assistant

We are looking for Guest Service Assistant.

As a Guest Service Assistant, we rely on you to

Be responsible for guest registration, guest check-in and check out, cashering and foreigh exchange.
Ensure smooth efficient guest services at all times.
The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries or requests

**We are looking for someone who**:
At least 2 years experience in the same capacity, preferably in an international hotel.
Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
Good guest engagement and providing best - fit solutions for guests.
Able to work flexible hours.
Knowledge of computers.
