To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. A strong background in hospitality or service industry, preferably in a leadership position
  2. Proven customer service and communication skills to engage with diverse guest demographics
  3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
