HR Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment process from advertising, screening, coordination of interviews, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting
- Proactive talent searches and building out comprehensive talent pools to source the industry’s best
- Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities if required
- Be a business partner and work closely with various departments to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives
- Handle full employee life cycle - onboarding, induction, confirmation, offboarding, etc
- Be main point of contact with regards to employee relations issues
- Responsible for payroll, coordinating and submission of documents
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experiences with recruitment background preferred
- Ability to consult and comprehend recruitment needs from hiring managers and conduct effective talent search practices
- Good working attitude and self-driven
- Able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
