**Call Center Team Lead
- KL (Japanese speaker)**

**Salary Range**: RM 8,000-10,000

**Language Allowance**: RM 1500

**Working hours**: 7.30am-4.30pm

**Note: Work on Malaysian Public holidays with replacement off days can be utilized during Japan Public holiday**

**Responsibilities**
- Answer phone calls and requests in a friendly and professional manner, using predefined answers and resources to make customers happy.
- If you come across complaints or issues with our products, follow the right procedures.
- Keep a record of all interactions in the database, making sure it's clear, detailed, and accurate.
- If there's a question you can't answer, follow the proper process to get help.
- Sometimes, you might have other tasks from your experience.
- Use computers to manage a lot of inquiries.
- Talk to our business partners and other people we work with.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
