As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as **Business Development Representative **to provide unrivalled support to our clients.

**Position**
- **Business Development Representative (Mandarin Speaker)**.

**Job Summary**:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients through various channels. While a portion of your time will be dedicated to outbound calls, your primary focus will be on attending events, conducting client meetings, and delivering demo calls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demos to prospects.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
- Adapt to changes in outreach strategies and responsibilities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a SaaS environment and B2B experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to travel and attend appointments and events as required.

**Salary**
- Up to RM4000
