- Identify and research potential business prospects through various sources, including online directories, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
- Utilize effective communication techniques to approach and engage with prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of our products/services.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to determine their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies and messaging to effectively engage with prospects.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to enhance prospecting efforts.
- Provide feedback and insights gathered from prospect interactions to the sales and marketing teams for process improvement.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets and metrics, such as number of calls, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably involving prospecting and lead generation.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage prospecting activities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tools to manage and track prospect interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Basic knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
