Customer Service Officer

**主要責任:**
- 根據客戶要求和要求,及時為外部員工分配班次。
- 使用 Sandwai | 維護員工可用性、名冊請求和輪班分配的準確記錄家庭和殘疾人護理軟體。
- 定期與護理人員和客戶聯絡,以確保適當的人員分配並解決任何疑慮或要求。
- 通知客戶和員工輪班確認,並確保與同事和管理階層有效溝通訊息。
- 監控並解決現場工作人員和客戶提出的投訴或疑慮,必要時上報給管理階層。
- 確保外部員工在系統中準確接收他們的名冊,特別是當多個客戶在分配的時間範圍內需要服務時。
- 在輪班結束前準備並向相關團隊/部門發送報告。
- 參加營運會議,提供局和家庭護理狀況的最新信息,並為實現既定目標做出貢獻。
- 承擔不時出現的任何其他任務,支援客戶服務團隊的整體效率和有效性。
**資格:**
- 任何領域的文憑或學士學位。
- 擁有豐富的客戶服務經驗,醫療或保健相關行業的經驗將是一個優勢,但不是必需的。
- 基本的電腦知識。了解 Sandwai 或其他分配軟體是一個優勢。
- 優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力,能夠清晰有效地傳達複雜訊息。
- 強大的組織能力和對細節的關注,能夠在快節奏的環境中管理多項任務和優先事項。
- 能夠與組織各級的同事和利害關係人協作。
- 靈活地適應不斷變化的優先事項和要求。
- 具有同理心和耐心,真誠地希望支持員工和顧客。
