Compensation Analyst

Ensure compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies, historical practices, and applicable federal, state, and local statutory requirements.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to determine compensation for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other compensation actions; provide data-based recommendations through benchmark analysis of internal and external pay.
- Prepare and maintain job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensure job description accurately reflects essential functions performed by incumbents.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure proper leveling within the organization’s global job framework; perform job audits.
- Maintain compensation and compensation-related data in the HR systems and any other internal systems of record, including job codes and salary structures.
- Assist with market survey participation; coordinate data collection for accurate submission of survey materials.
- Participate in efforts to revise and streamline existing compensation processes and/or to develop new compensation processes.
- Participate in administration of focal salary review program, including managing promotions, system readiness, and data validation.
The Qualifications & Skills We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum three years (3) years experience in administration of compensation programs, preferably in multinational environment.
- Excellent problem identification and solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain highest levels of confidentiality.
- Highly organized with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and balance workload with competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees across all organizational departments, levels, and geographies.
