Customer Care Support Office Representative Your future position?
We are looking for a Customer Care Support Office Representative to join our team. You have and be able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues. You will work with us in a world-class environment with exclusive guidance to process orders and coordinate these to keep customers satisfied. Then this is your important customer care career move.
You will report to the Team Lead of Customer Care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer care support: receiving and entering orders into SAP, respecting order entry procedures, and prioritizing.
- Encourage and liaise: part of a great customer care process is to ensure the careful execution of requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting established performance goals.
- You will be, paying attention to shipping dates, labels, packaging, and stock holding according to customer requirements.
- Enhancement of all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and ensure that all customer data is kept confidential and secure.
- You will improve on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification.
- Monitor the billing process and work with a partner to ensure invoices are generated.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, and escalate issues to management.

Your professional profile includes:
- College degree
- Experience in customer service, and order management of 3+ years.
- Fluent language knowledge in the Japanese language.
- A thoughtful personality with skill, a customer-oriented attitude, and preciseness.
- Individual contributors, Work independently, Vocal, and able to share with the team. Mingle and cheerful and extrovert.
- Teamwork and willingness to support
- Experience with SAP
