**Job Requirements**
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently & thinking proactively about tasks.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
- Matured, positive minded, responsible & reliable.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Roof / Metal Roof, Sketch Up, Revit (3D Modelling) software, Photoshop & other relevant software will be an advantage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather and keeping business documents organised and secure.
- Maintaining detailed and organized company records
- Document/ Report Preparation & Review including but not restricted to tender, bills of quantities, contract, costing, reports & analysis.
- Liaise with Client, Architect, Suppliers & Other Relevant Professional.
- Project Drone Pilot.
