To prepare, present and demonstrate the value of the product to a variety of audience from C-Level, HR, partners and end-user prospects in order to make the sales pitch a success.

To work with the tech development team to achieve a more robust system that will appeal to the enterprise level.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct routine update on the new product/ technology to the internal sales staff for better cohesion in closing a sale.
- Conduct competitor’s product analysis and kept up todate with new trends in the HR system market to better the consultative experience with customers
- Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs
- Ensuring that all materials such as presentations and demonstrations are maintained and up to date.
- Provide HR and product expertise and solution blueprints with a clear understanding of the customer’s business and operational goals and have a detailed knowledge of the functionality and technology of the system and its services.
- Contribute to the sales team and business partner in driving revenue by qualifying leads.
- Answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional level that results in a closer gap towards a successful sale.
- Execute on customer proof of concepts (POCs).
- Build on Human Resource and Rymnet’s knowledge to support and deliver successful demonstrations (including the creation of product date used to demonstrate product capabilities).

Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration and Marketing related
- Proficient in presentation and dealing with customer
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field
- Expertise in Microsoft word processing software
- HR process management and workflows.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
