Technical Sales Manager

We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals who share a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's success by leading our technical sales team.
Responsibilities:You will be responsible for impacting business outcomes through effective leadership, management, and communication skills. Your duties will include:
• Driving results aligned with stated goals for performance metrics, telephony metrics, utilization, productivity, attendance, and attrition.
• Managing administrative responsibilities such as attendance tracking, queue administration, and corrective delivery.
• Developing, training, and managing team members to achieve exceptional results.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and/or team members through effective communication and issue resolution.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales with sales as the main KPI.
- Demonstrated leadership skills; the ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.
- The ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
- Knowledge of metrics, their measurements, thresholds, targets, and process owners.
- A proactive attitude towards developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; the ability to be a team player.
- Proficient in English language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
