**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, focusing on companies with sustainability initiatives.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential client companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored logistics solutions that align with client needs and sustainability goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.
- Track and report on sales performance and ensure that business targets are met or exceeded.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience (3 to 6 years) in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the logistics, E-commerce, FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in logistics and last-mile delivery.
- Passionate about sustainability with a desire to work in a company that drives positive environmental change.
- Good track record in onboarding international clients.
- Experience managing premium clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
