Job Summary

We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to grow and maintain key partnerships while maximizing revenue. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the relevance of partner products and services to business needs and community development goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous growth and success in existing partnerships.
  • Maximize revenue from existing partners by ensuring their products and services remain relevant to business needs and community development goals.
  • Promote partner products and engage with beneficiaries to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with project and communications teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous updates of partner products and services.
  • Analyze data to assess partnership performance and inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related area is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Access to personal transport and a laptop is required for travel and remote work flexibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools for creating presentations and marketing materials.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency considered a valuable asset.
