Commercial Sales and Relationship Manager

The Commercial Sales and Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will close consultative sales, manage the sales pipeline, and develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
You will work closely with our operations/fulfillment teams to ensure seamless handovers and provide excellent customer service support to clients.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing sales-related administrative duties and documentation SOPs, negotiating contracts, and identifying areas for process improvement.
You will also be responsible for resolving client grievances and post-sales commercial issues, sustaining company profitability, and maximizing customer retention.
