Executive Office Administrator

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the project team.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration or equivalent and at least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall secretarial duties and full administrative support to project team.
- Assist the project team in preparing documents and authority submission.
- Draft letters, memorandums, prepare correspondence, minutes of meeting, etc.
- Maintain proper filing records of project documentation.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
