Job Description:
- Responsible for applying and executing the divisional strategy and steering the local divisional team.
- Contribute to defining the division business plan by sharing sales strategies and intervention plans.
- Define the local sales budget and ensure its achievement.
- Accountable for the local division P&L, including products, spare parts, and services sales.
- Define Area Sales Managers' objectives and monitor their outcome.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Commercial experience with an engineering technical background.
- Multiple years of sales experience in industry/mechatronics and negotiating skills.
- Previous experience in managing a sales team.
- Familiarity with Operating Systems (AS400/SAP) and Customer Management Systems (CRM).
- Readiness for international business trips.
- Financial culture to pilot one's budget and P&L.
- Solid project and team management experience.
- Problem-solving ability, open-minded, team-oriented, intercultural interested, open to new things, and solution-oriented.
