About the Job
The Malaysia Sales Team is recruiting a Territory Expansion Executive to join our team. As a Territory Expansion Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the territory, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand our presence in the territory, leveraging industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute account plans.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and to identify new business opportunities.
- Travel frequently to meet with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in a relevant sales role, preferably in the software industry.
- Advanced knowledge of strategic sales techniques, industry software and hardware terminology, and concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics, and develop effective sales plans.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, initiate and lead projects, and travel frequently.
- Knowledge of SAS solutions and services is preferred but not required.
