Responsibilities:
  • Developing Sales Enablement Strategies: Design and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance sales teams' productivity and efficiency.
  • Creating Training Content: Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and multimedia content, to educate sales representatives on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
  • Conducting Training Sessions: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions to equip sales teams with product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, and effective communication skills.
  • Providing Coaching and Feedback: Offer one-on-one coaching and feedback to help sales representatives improve their performance, overcome challenges, and achieve targets.
  • Staying Current with Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product developments to enhance sales enablement strategies.
  • Evaluating Sales Enablement Effectiveness: Establish metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with sales managers, product managers, and stakeholders to align sales enablement initiatives with business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Supporting Onboarding Process: Assist in the onboarding process for new sales hires, providing comprehensive training to accelerate ramp-up time and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in software sales or sales training roles, with a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials using various tools and platforms.
  • Mature thinking/matured mindset.
  • Fast learner, agile, and flexible.
  • Certification in sales training or a relevant field (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Trainer) is a plus.
