Sangfor Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to drive customer growth and retention in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue renewal opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of these projects.
- Conduct thorough analyses of customer churn, providing actionable insights to regional sales teams to enhance their approaches.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies, promoting service products and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to effectively coordinate tasks and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in English as a working language, with experience in IT-related industries such as cybersecurity, cloud services, SaaS, or large system integrators preferred.
