  • Conduct thorough analyses of customer churn, providing actionable insights to regional sales teams to enhance their approaches.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies, promoting service products and driving business growth.
Requirements:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to effectively coordinate tasks and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  4. Proficiency in English as a working language, with experience in IT-related industries such as cybersecurity, cloud services, SaaS, or large system integrators preferred.
