Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Field Sales to facilitate prompt quotations to customers and manage assigned customers to achieve sales and profit objectives.
  • Provide effective support to customers to gain market share and update quote master files for sales department reference.
  • Consolidate and submit regular reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant inside sales/customer service experience in electronics components distribution business preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel with good analytical skills to handle data and pricing information effectively.
  • Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills.
