About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. As a sales executive in the plastic resin and metal field, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet our business objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct sales and service negotiations with clients and suppliers to meet sales volume and gross profit targets.
  • Solve customer complaints effectively and submit regular and timely sales reports.
  • Develop new customers and build strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
  • Provide product knowledge and perform cost-benefit analysis to support sales efforts.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of working experience in the plastic resin and metal materials field or related industry.
  2. Demonstrated sales record and ability to acquire new customers, recommend solutions, and execute sales.
  3. Product knowledge of industrial materials, preferably in the plastic resin and metal materials field.
  4. Proven knowledge and execution power to bring successful development strategies.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Japanese language skills an advantage.
  7. Ability to travel, including overseas travel.
