As a Hotel Partnerships Specialist at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success in the Asia Pacific region.
Our team works collaboratively to deliver exceptional experiences for our partners and customers, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners, optimizing rate and availability competitiveness on the Expedia platform, and working closely with account management teams to secure aligned and effective levels of competitiveness across high-demand markets.
You will also educate hotel partners on self-service features available on Expedia Partner Central and re-establish core fundamentals to re-engage dormant hotel partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will be accountable for achieving specific targets and goals set by the leadership team.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, as is native proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in hotel sales/revenue management, account management, inside sales, or business development.
