Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Channel Account Manager to join our team at Crayon Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through partners, resellers, and system integrators in the Azure business.

  • Lead partner recruitment and onboarding efforts, ensuring seamless integration into our ecosystem
  • Develop and implement channel account plans and sales strategies, consistently exceeding performance targets
  • Drive lead generation activities, leveraging your expertise in cold calling, opportunity management, and CRM maintenance
  • Collaborate with the team to generate leads, execute marketing campaigns, and conduct post-event follow-up
  • Deliver sales enablement sessions with partners, empowering them to maximize their potential with Crayon's services and vendor portfolio

Your Competencies

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in IT software or cloud sales, with a strong background in channel sales
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft licensing and the competitive landscape, with knowledge of Azure a significant advantage
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, navigating complex technical environments, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
