Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our European Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing large and enterprise-level sales with new & existing customers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be a proactive relationship builder with a strong understanding of the Material Handling industry. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to customize their message and approach based on the audience. In addition, they will be a supportive mentor with experience investing in team members who are earlier on in their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts that vary in size and complexity.
- Identify and articulate pain points in the customer's sales processes that position Configura's range of products in a positive light for implementation.
- Articulate ROI alongside the customer aligned with a strong value proposition to secure additional revenue.
- Execute retention-driven behaviors that ensure longevity of existing customers.
