Overview of the Role
We're looking for skilled engineers to support our primarily London-based customers by dealing with service tickets from various sources at any time of day. This role involves supporting multiple technologies, including Wintel, AD, Cloud (Azure/O365), Networking, end-user support, and security-related incidents. Where necessary, direct contact will be made with customers and 3rd-party vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, as well as experience with Microsoft cloud services (Azure/O365). Familiarity with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO, and fundamental ITIL principles is also essential.
