JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop new customer for expansion of market share.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve allocated sales target and objectives.
• Maintain good relationship with customer, advise them of company products, price movements and other developments.
• Provide comprehensive product information to existing and potential customers.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding customers expectation, hence increasing rating on customer satisfaction index.
• Recognize customer problems and resolves it to customer’s satisfaction directly or through transfer to respective departments for proper resolutions.
• Prepare customize solution proposal and presentation kit.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or any other equivalent field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin / Cantonese
• Well verse in other language is an added advantage
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Candidates with UPS knowledge will have added advantage
• Applicants must be willing to travel within Klang Valley & Outstation
