About the Job
As a HR manager, you are responsible to plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization.

Additionally, you are expected to oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between the organization's management and its employees.


Responsibilities:

  • Formulate recruitment/manpower strategies to develop a healthy talent pool for critical positions.
  • Set and implement the overall recruitment process for both local & overseas (from posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing to background checking and hiring).
  • Manage all employee matters, counselling/disciplinary, reward & punishment, transfer and dismissal etc. processes and ensure abide by the labour and industrial relation legislation requirements.
  • Administer employee compensation package & benefits programs and recommend changes to ensure competitiveness.
  • Cooperate with leaders to develop and implement strategies for workplace amendments and reform to deliver improved business outcomes, comprising improved employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the appropriate measurement for employee performance appraisal (KPI).
  • Organize and implement the prepromotion assessment of cadres.
  • Develop a unified labour and social security system according to Malaysia Labour Laws.
  • Manage monthly payroll and ensure compliance with the government authorities, such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and LHDN.
  • Establish and carry out inhouse employee training programs that address company training needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training to improve the team quality and enhance company development.
  • Manage training records of all employees and identify the area that needs training for each employee.
  • Manage HRD Corp budget, allocating funds to key areas for personnel engagement and development.
  • Implement Human Resource procedures / policies and oversee the overall Human Resource functions for the Company.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Design, develop and lead the implementation of the career development pathway.
  • Review and revise job descriptions as deemed necessary.
  • Responsible for employee working lifecycle administration.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Manage and oversee various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations, maintain an efficient work environment and support the overall functioning of the business.
  • Oversee the preparation of essential reports required for departmental functions. Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
  • Perform any other expressed or implied duties as and when required by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources management, business administration, psychology or related field.
  • Proven HR working portfolio in F&B retail chain
  • Strong analytical mindset & well versed in L&D (Talent Development) solid 3 to 5 years experienced in this area.
  • A spearhead for HR strategic and execution
  • Strong in business acumen, leadership and job ownership
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay:
RM8, RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
Human Resources Management: 3 years (preferred)
