Customer Service Executives-call Centre

To ensure that proper order taking and scheduling via call is being practiced based on the parameters of the concrete grade, location, type of structure, unloading and traveling time provided by customer and salesperson. Comply to set schedule on working hours to ensure efficiency of taking orders and allocation. To ensure proper co-ordination via call between production, sales and credit control and customers for placement of orders and efficient deliveries by adhering to procedures and policies set by Company and superiors. To ensure that monitoring of Truck Movement for concrete in Command Series & Quarry deliveries are carried out efficiently. To plan and allocate trucks to fulfill customer requirements. To liaise closely via call with quarry weighbridge operators and batching plants on delivery requirement by the customers. To assist Truck Allocation Manager to provide reports as assigned to. Monitor & reports through Quarry & Concrete Operations on daily weighbridge operations.
