Responsible for developing and managing the execution of all campaigns for merchant acquisition efforts
- Manage the Merchant Executives and Merchant Operations teams by leading, coaching, supporting & motivating through technical & commercial knowledge, communication transparency and training
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing market
- Build strong relationship and connection with key accounts
- Keep abreast of the market and industry situation and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet market changes and merchants’ requirements
- To promote MobyPay and Airapay to key brands and get them to adopt MobyPay as a payment method at all their online stores
- Lead generation: Identify potential leads, filter and arrange an appointment
- Resourceful in identifying new merchants for MobyPay and Airapay, expanding the range of offerings for our customers.
- To build leads - be it through cold-calling or connecting with potential merchants across various channels.
- Work closely with internal MobyPay and Airapay teams (Operations, marketing, legal etc) to set up accounts, get merchants to sign agreements, ensure seamless onboarding experience for brands.
- Continuously maintain a strong relationship with brands/merchants.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets set (number of brands acquired per month, onboarding progress, adoption rate).
- To perform any other tasks or assignment as may be requested by management from time to time.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
