Merchant Acquiring Manager

To identify new Merchant acquiring opportunities, retain merchants, and expand the product range to build awareness of the latest Ria eWallet products processed and approved by BNM very recently.
**Responsibilities**:
- To manage customer satisfaction and customer excellent experience with regular monitoring and feedback on merchant request
- To build the Merchant and customer acquisition Forecast. To build sales forecast and distribute among the Channel Sales Executives.
- To identify and position the good Channel Sales Executives at the regional level mainly at the underserved locations.
- To achieve Merchant overall revenue and focus on Potential merchants and CICO locations
- To provide training and business tools to the newly approved Merchants
- To ensure to have adequate marketing materials and well branding of the newly approved Merchants.
- To establish a strong relationship with the Channel Sales Executives and track their daily, weekly, or monthly performance.
- To supervise the performance of the potential merchants and convert them into Money Services Business Agents (where applicable).
- To make a period visit and inspection of the Merchant network.
**Qualifications:
- At least 2 or 3 years of working experience in merchant acquiring or related sales experience is required for this position with good knowledge and understanding of the market
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services of Equivalent
- Ability to converse in different languages will be an added advantage
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- Ability to communicate with diverse groups of people professionally and confidently
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) or CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customer
