Merchant Relationship Manager

1. Build strong relationships with key merchant partners to enable business growth
2. Partner with key merchants to strengthen business fundamentals and drive strategic goals, including but not limited to planning & executing regional campaigns/initiatives, and exploring new business opportunities
3. Work cross-functionally with product, and operations teams to support growth opportunities for key partners
**Requirements**:
1. Over 5 years experience, particularly in: account management, channel development, Marketing
2. Sales and commercial acuity - ability to build creative commercial strategy, and analyze complex situations using a vast range of data, drawing simple conclusions and turn them into actionable plans.
3. Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholders.
4. Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities to grow the merchant’s business
5. Eye for business. Understanding of how businesses and organizations work and how to navigate a partner's business
6. Customer success/account management experiences with Enterprise clients
7. Full proficiency in English.
