**About the Department**:
The **Credit and Risk Management** function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Relationship and partnership management of existing merchants
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues related to partnerships
- Lead and drive ad-hoc business projects/tasks as assigned
- Assist team leader on meeting team goals.
- Strictly abide by the requirements of compliance & internal control on sales activities.
- Maintain and manage good relationships with customers and to ensure customers have a consistent and superior banking experience.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in sales/ merchant partnerships/merchant acquiring preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills. Enthusiasm in achieving goals. Able to work under pressure to deliver the individual sales target. Positive mindset and good teamwork. Open mind and willing to embrace changes
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
