The greatest challenge in the position would be language and cultural differences across countries.

In this position, you are going to connect with people of different cultures and language, it requires a lot of communication being empathetic, to listen, analyze, and propose solution. Thus, it takes a lot of proactivity, curiosity, empathy, accountability in this role. Instead of staring on the rock that is blocking you, we think of ways to move the rock, or go around it, we take accountability on the business objectives.

**Business Development (International Market)**

- We are looking for an international marketer who shares the same vision of bridging lives between pets and owners so that they can have more meaningful years together.

**What we expect from you**:

- Be an accountable presenter who is able to showcase the relevant facts and data, and be a good storyteller who can organize the facts and data into a good story
- Be a good communicator in day-to-day activities liaison with Marketing Department, other internal staff, and clients
- Be able to build rapport with cold leads and strengthen relationship with existing customers
- Be an analyst, to study market trends, pricing and good sense with numbers and data to work out a feasible business plan with the client
- Be an empathetic person to understand customer needs with the aim of fostering mutual success and collaboration
- Be an accountable and responsible person in establishing new markets
- Be consistent in following through the customer’s journey for repeat orders and marketing activities
- Be coachable with an open mind to learn continuously
- Be determined on the business goals set, and seek for collaboration and engage people around to work towards the accomplishment of goal

**What you need to have**
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Studies / International Business or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in FMCG distribution field, international business industry will be an added advantage
- Proficient in English is a must, and any other languages would be added advantage to communicate with other countries’ partners
- Equipped with Microsoft Excel especially with analytic tools, PowerPoint skills to develop astounding and yet simple to understand reports and business plans
- Skills required: Team player than an individualistic, active listener, collaborative mindset and willing to go the extra mile and must have high in commitment and responsibility.

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
