**JOB SCOPE**:

- Act as first contact person for technical issues inquiries.
- Assist customers regarding any technical issues and provide excellent technical assistance for the customers (remote troubleshooting)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum SPM
- No experience needed.
- **Able to work on rotational shift (Morning, afternoon and late-night shift)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
